Your instructor reserves the right to cancel a session at short notice where he feels that learner driver or road safety in general may be compromised. e.g. due to adverse weather conditions. A new appointment will be arranged as a replacement session at the earliest time to suit both customer and instructor. It is the client’s responsibility to check that all dates and times are suitable to them before the instructor reserves this appointment in the school diary.

Your instructor may also refuse the hire of the tuition vehicle for the purposes of a driving test, if the opinion is formed by the instructor that the client is not of test standard. This is a road safety issue, and hope refusal will not offend.
